Message for conservatives:  Want to reduce costly taxpayer paid emergency room visits of uninsured and under insured children?  Support full funding for LIHEAP!

According to Children's HeathWatch, young children in energy insecure homes are at high risk for food insecurity, poor health, hospitalizations, and developmental delays.
